NCC Cadets of PCM SD College for Women attend `Basic Leadership Camp’
It is a matter of utmost pride that three NCC Cadets of our esteemed institution Sergeant Kamalpreet, Cadet Nikita and Natasha attended the 'Basic Leadership Camp' from 20th to 27th August at Malout.
Jalandhar, September 3, 2022: It is a matter of utmost pride that three NCC Cadets of our esteemed institution Sergeant Kamalpreet, Cadet Nikita and Natasha attended the 'Basic Leadership Camp' from 20th to 27th August at Malout.
The camp was organised by 6 Punjab Girls Batallion. Around twenty nine cadets of Jalandhar group participated in the same. The basic purpose of the camp was to familiarise cadets to a regimental lifestyle so as to instil in them leadership qualities, team work, self-confidence, self-reliance and dignity of labour.
A rigorous training was imparted based on various activities and subjects including personality development, drill, physical fitness, sports and numerous other cultural activities. The college Cadets won first prize in Skit, second prize in Tug of War and Dance and third prize in Singing.
President Naresh Kumar Budhia Ji, members of the managing committee and Principal Prof (Dr.) Pooja Prashar commended the efforts and achievements of the cadets and NCC Incharge Lieutenant Priya Mahajan.
