Meshaan Foundation celebrated its Annual Day 'Aaroh', at Tagore Theatre, reflecting on its impactful journey.
Chandigarh, February 2, 2025: Meshaan Foundation celebrated its Annual Day 'Aaroh', at Tagore Theatre, reflecting on its impactful journey.
The event honoured the foundation’s members, volunteers, and supporters who have contributed to its mission of social welfare and community service.
Reflecting on the event’s success, Dr Prabhjot Guron Bajju, Founder, Meshaan Foundation, shared: "Aaroh represents our journey of growth and impact. Each step forward is a testament to the collective effort of our volunteers and supporters."

The event was graced by Komal Jogpal, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Chandigarh, as the Chief Guest. The guests' of honour included renowned singer Yuvraj Hans, RJ Gagan, RJ Manav Anand Ahuja, actress Deepali Rajput, Spiritual Rapper Narci and film director Samar Manhotra.
This year’s theme, Aaroh, meaning “evolution,” symbolized the foundation’s growth and commitment to societal betterment. The event commenced with lamp lighting and Ganesh Vandana, followed by a showcase of Meshaan Foundation’s key initiatives.
According to Dr Bajju, Meshaan Foundation carries out a slew of activities such as menstrual hygiene drive, self-defence drive, tree plantation, cloth donation and 'Say No to Single-Use Plastic' campaign along with summer and winter relief drives.
The foundation also introduced new initiatives like Plogging, Maali March, and a Literacy Drive, along with milestones such as their award-winning short film ‘PEST’, their first international drive at Aston University, Birmingham, and active participation at VR Punjab.
The cultural performances added depth to the event, with a nukkad natak by Manthan Arts, a dance performance by Nazim, and a thought-provoking conceptual act on ‘Say No to Drugs.’ The event concluded on a high note with a live dance performance by MA Dance Studio, Panchkula.
