Northern S&T Cluster launches Two-day workshop on “Transforming Tomorrow: Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Agriculture, Health, and Ecosystem Resilience"
The Northern Region Science & Technology Cluster (PI-RAHI), under the initiative of the Principal Scientific Advisor (PSA) to the Government of India, is pleased to announce the launch of its workshop titled "Transforming Tomorrow: Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Agriculture, Health, and Ecosystem Resilience," scheduled from June 13-14 at Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Chandigarh, May 13, 2024: The Northern Region Science & Technology Cluster (PI-RAHI), under the initiative of the Principal Scientific Advisor (PSA) to the Government of India, is pleased to announce the launch of its workshop titled "Transforming Tomorrow: Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Agriculture, Health, and Ecosystem Resilience," scheduled from June 13-14 at Panjab University, Chandigarh.
The workshop was launched in the presence of Dr. Renu Vig, Chairperson of the S&T Cluster, along with Dr. Harsh Nayyar, Director of Research & Development at Panjab University; Dr. Rajat Sandhir, Principal Investigator, Dr. Naveen Agarwal, Professor at Punjab University; and Ms. Neha Arora, Chief Operating Officer of the S&T Cluster.
The workshop aims to explore the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare, agriculture, and sustainability. Through a series of insightful sessions and discussions, participants will have the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge AI-driven solutions and their potential to address pressing challenges. The resource persons for the workshop will be experts drawn from various parts of the country. The event will also feature panel discussions by leading experts in the field, showcasing innovative approaches to leveraging AI for sustainable development. The attendees, including academia, startups, founders, investors, industry professionals, and government representatives, will benefit from engaging presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities.
