Chandigarh, September 12, 2024: With an endeavour to promote traditional recipes with a healthier twist, Post Graduate Diploma students in Nutrition and Dietetics, Government Home Science College, Chandigarh, organized an exhibition and sale of nutritious antioxidant rich version of the much loved Aloo Puri.
The cafeteria witnessed a large footfall where the faculty and students relished their comfort food with a nutritional twist. The puris were made using beetroot and spinach in order to increase the anti oxidant and micro mineral content.
Principal of the college, lauded the efforts of the students for their innovative approach to nutrition and making our age old comfort foods with a healthier alternative.
