Octave Mettle and Jindal Electrical present Cricket Tournament at Sutlej Club
Like every year, this year too a cricket tournament is being organized at Sutlej Club, Ludhiana from March 29-31. Giving more information in this regard, Club General Secretary Dr. Ajit Singh Chawla and Sports Secretary Dr. Sulabha Jindal said that the tournament is being organised in collaboration with Octave-Mettle and Jindal Electrical. They were addressing a press conference in the Cub's premises on Wednesday.

Ludhiana, March 27, 2024: Like every year, this year too a cricket tournament is being organized at Sutlej Club, Ludhiana from March 29-31. Giving more information in this regard, Club General Secretary Dr. Ajit Singh Chawla and Sports Secretary Dr. Sulabha Jindal said that the tournament is being organised in collaboration with Octave-Mettle and Jindal Electrical. They were addressing a press conference in the Cub's premises on Wednesday.
They further informed that eight teams will participate in the tournament. The participating teams are as under: Fire Strikers (Captain: Sunny Bhalla, Vice-Captain: Ritesh Takkar), Oriental Ke Sher (Captain: Gaurav Thapar, Vice-Captain: Sambhav Jain), DareDevils (Captain: Udit, Vice-Captain: Amit Gupta), Indiana Eagles (Captain: Vineet Kumar, Vice Captain: Kunj Garg), Hindustan Royals (Captain: Sunny Singh, Vice Captain: Akhil Garg), Vishnu Steels (Captain: Gaurav Chaudhary, Vice Captain: Amit Sood), Goldblaze Strikers (Captain: Gauhar Vatsyayan; Vice-Captain: Ashish Chawla), Baddy Blasters (Captain: Anuj Dhand, Vice-Captain: Naveen Sharma).
Dr. Sulabha Jindal said that two teams of veterans will also play in this tournament. A total of 110 players including veterans will participate in the tournament. 11 matches will be played in this tournament. The winning team will be awarded a trophy and a prize of Rs 31,000. Similarly, the runners' team will be given a trophy and a prize of Rs 21,000. Apart from this, Man of the Series, Best Batsman and Best Bowler will also be honored.
MP (Rajya Sabha) Sanjeev Arora will be the chief guest of the award distribution ceremony.
