Officials reach out to villagers to resolve their problems
In an effort to reverse the flow of applications and requests from top to bottom, a Redressal Camp to hear the problems of the villagers and Gram Panchayat was organized at Government Primary School in Village Gardhiwal of Zira sub-division.
Ferozepur April 6, 2022: In an effort to reverse the flow of applications and requests from top to bottom, a Redressal Camp to hear the problems of the villagers and Gram Panchayat was organized at Government Primary School in Village Gardhiwal of Zira sub-division.
DC Girish Dayalan along with ADC Amit Mahajan and Suba Singh SDM Zira and other senior officers reached at the camp and listened to the grievances of the villagers. DC Dayalan said that the camp has been organized following the instructions of the Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. He said that during the upcoming days, such camps will be organized in other villages of the district twice in a week. He said that the main motive behind organizing such camps is to make villagers aware regarding various government schemes being run by different departments besides their problems could also be heard and solved.
“The main objective to organize such camps is to ensure that there should not any delay in the work”, said DC Dayalan. The DC also listened to the grievances of the villagers and resolved them on the spot. The record of the land deeds was also updated on the spot.
“All the applications which have been received, will be sent to the concerned officials and the problems will be sorted out”, said DC.
On this occasion Naib Tehsildar Vinod Kumar, Superintendent Jugraj Singh, Reader Harpreet Singh, Sarpanch Sukhchain Singh besides officials and employees of various departments and villagers were present.
