One Day Capacity Building Workshop for teachers on Life Skills by CBSE

Jalandhar, May 15, 2017: Sanskriti KMV School hosted a One Day Capacity Building Workshop for teachers on Life Skills by CBSE, inviting teachers from various schools of Punjab. Mrs Anuja Sharma, Principal, DAV School, Chandigarh and Mrs Ranjana Sud, former Principal, Apeejay School were the resource persons for the workshop. The program commenced with the formal welcome by Mrs Rachna Monga, Principal, Sanskriti KMV School and a short cultural presentation. Covering the various aspects of Life Skills for the students towards developing Social, Emotional and Interpersonal Skills, the event included study, discussion and implementation of finer aspects of developing Problem Solving, Critical and Innovative Thinking and Decision Making. In her address, Mrs Rachna Monga expressed her gratitude to CBSE and the resource persons for their valuable inputs and mentioned that goal of all the schools is commonly directed and we as teachers and mentors, are the carriers of disseminating skills at all levels for the students.
