Ludhiana, February 1, 2025: The department of Home Science organised one day seminar-cum-workshop on Hairstyling, Hair cut, and Hair care by Make up and Hair styling artist, Navi from Beauty Planet, Bangalore, currently working at Clara International Beauty Academy Ludhiana. He was accompanied by Mahesh Tandon, Branch Head, Clara, Kiran, Centre Head, Clara, and Gurdeep, Hair Styling Artist, Clara. 1 Hair style, 1 Hair cut on long hair and 1 Hair cut on Short hair was demonstrated. Some home care remedies for hair care were also shared with the students.
College Principal, Dr Ajit Kaur acknowledged the efforts put in by Prof. Ritu Sood, the Head of Home Science Department along with her teammates Harinderjeet Kaur, Assistant Professor, Cosmetology and Preetika, Assistant Professor, Early Childhood Care and Education. She asserted, “These skill based courses help in generating income and providing employment.” The students thoroughly enjoyed the session and felt that it would add to their expertise.
