Ferozepur, March 24, 2014: One person was crushed to death today by a fast driven trolley at Zira. A local labourer Surjeet Singh son of Khushia resident of village Sattuwala, was riding his bicycle which was hit by an over-speeding trolley carrying vegetables.
The accident occurred near Kisan Petrol Pump, situated at Zira-Ferozepur road. The driver of the trolley was identified as Mohan Ram, resident of Basti Bawri, Jodhpur (Rajasthan).
Surjeet Singh was sent to Civil Hospital, Zira by some eyewitness where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The police have registered a case.
