Jalandhar: On International Yoga Day today, an online yoga webinar was organized for the staff and students of all the schools and colleges of the DIPS chain at Dips College of Education,dhilwan. During the webinar, certified yoga trainers Sonia Arora and Meena Gupta told the staff and students of DIPS Institute that how we can keep ourselves mentally and physically fit by doing yoga. He told that yoga makes our body healthy, flexible and powerful. During the seminar, the staff and students were told the correct way and their benefits of doing asanas. She told that while doing yoga, many precautions should be taken so that we can get the full benefit of yoga. Principal Doctor Mukesh said that doing yoga for some time daily increases the immunity of our body, which is very important in today's time.
MD Sardar Tarvinder Singh said that Yoga enhances the capacity of man's mind and soul to attain enlightenment. Yoga helps to concentrate our mind so that good thoughts reside in our mind. CEO Monica Mandotra said that Yoga has been considered very beneficial for the students, it brings stability in the mind and brain of the children and also helps the children to concentrate in their studies. CAO Ramneek Singh and Jashan Singh said that children have to bear the burden of studies and other activities and competitions since childhood, which affects their heart, mind and body. In such a situation, it is necessary for the students to do yoga from the beginning so that they can keep themselves fit.
