“Opposition needs to think, if not Modi then who?” says Poonam Mahajan
“If there is no “Bhai-Bhateejawaad” in BJP regime, there is corruption and Adani” said Priyanka Chaturvedi, MP, Rajya Sabha and Deputy Leader, Shiv Sena UBT
Mumbai, February 26, 2023: “BJP is a mighty BJP because the people of India trusted us and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We are not arrogant over people calling us mighty BJP because we have strength. From fragile five in 2014 and just in 10 years, we are the fifth largest economy in the world. Promises are not to be said but to be fulfilled” said Poonam Mahajan, Member of Parliament - Mumbai North Central here today. Mahajan was speaking at the second Ideas of India Summit organised by ABP Network on the theme “Run-Up To 2024."
Speaking on the occasion, Raghav Chadha, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and National Spokesperson, AAP said that BJP using constitutional bodies is not the core issue of the country but unemployment is for the common man. Unemployment is at a 45 year high under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and BJP. Inflation touched a 30 year high and devaluation of Indian rupee was also a matter of concern. Neither have jobs been created, nor any private investment is coming.
On answering Mahajan over startup growth, Chadha highlighted that most of the startups are not even celebrating their fifth anniversary. The income levels of farmers also fell down by 30% in four states.
Speaking about the BJP, Priyanka Chaturvedi, MP, Rajya Sabha and Deputy Leader, Shiv Sena UBT said, “Yes we have seen the exodus of people leaving our party but why they left us. They have gone to the extended department of BJP, which has put gun on the opposition. BJP is using MLAs for their electionnaire process as a tool-kit and harming the Idea of India, democracy and the constitution.”
“BJP can be defeated and must be defeated. We have given power to them because we believe that what Congress couldn’t do, BJP will. BJP promised a lot of things but couldn’t fulfill them. They have promised to bring the black money, which will never come back. Nobody has seen two crore jobs they had promised. They couldn’t even stop the falling rupee. Even then Indians put their trust in them and gave another five years and he left 750 farmers dying on Singhu Border.” says Kavitha Kalvakuntla, Member of Legislative Council - Kamareddy & Nizamabad, BRS Party.
