Organic agriculture knowledge conclave - Grand Organic Expo 2021 concludes

Indore: In the presence of organic farmers and agricultural scientists from all over the country, the biggest Organic Expo 2021 of the country was held under #MissionHealthylndia was concluded on 22nd March 2021. The grand opening of this five-day Organic Agricultural Knowledge Conclave was held at the Agriculture College Ground, Indore. The grand opening of the event was done on the 17th March 2021. Organic Krishi Gyan Sammelan- Organic Expo 2021 was organized by Mr. Manoj Mishra, Pandit Shiv Prasad Mishra, Aromatic and Organic Farm, Co-Organizer Yuva Udaan and Bhartiya Kisan Sangh. Mr. Kamal Patel, Minister of Agriculture, Government of Madhya Pradesh and Mrs. Sumitra Mahajan (Tai), were invited as the Chief Guest for the grand finale of this 5 day Expo. Shri Akash Vijayvargiya, Former Lok Sabha Speaker and Member of Parliament, Indore, Shri Mahesh Chaudhary, MLA, Indore Shri Sumit Roy, Organization Minister, Bhartiya Kisan Sangh, Shri Laxminarayan Patel, Deputy General Manager, State Bank of India, Treasurer, Bhartiya Kisan Sangh and other famous personalities from the Malwa province were present at the closing ceremony of the Organic Expo 2021.
During the Event Shri Manoj Mishra said; “organic products are rich in fiber, anti-diabetic and anti-cancer properties. He also informed that if you are keen to get information about these Organic Products and their benefits, you can easily go through them through YouTube channel.”
On the occasion of the closing ceremony Muralidhar, also shared many inputs relating to agriculture. He also provided in-depth information on Water Conservation Day. Mr. Sunil Pandey also shared a few insights regarding Water Conservation Day. The products made by Gopal Bhai Sutaria from Ahmedbad Gau Kripa Amritam shared information of high importance regarding benefits related to cow dung; cow urine and buttermilk were discussed. Farmers are receiving outstanding response for these organic products and they continue to be the center of attraction for most of them.
The Organic Expo 2021 was inaugurated on 17th March 2021, during the inauguration ceremony Family Farmer and Family Cow Scheme were also introduced. The Organic Expo witnessed participation of over 120 organic stalls. Technical knowledge of organic farming was also provided by various experts. On the second day i.e. on 18th March 2021, different methods and certification of organic farming were explained in the due course of the fair. Also, information regarding the Central Government's Farmers' Production Company's plans and advantages and benefits of various bacteria were exposed. On the third day of the event i.e. 19th March 2021, a special discussion was held on the international reach of organic farming and facilities provided by the government for Organic Farming. A live demonstration of Gir cow and advanced types of Cows were also conveyed at the event. On the fourth day i.e. 20th March 2021, the importance and usefulness of the kitchen and terrace gardening were explained at the event. Terrace Gardening is an extremely easy process that is completely chemical free. We can use every waste in the house from vegetable peels to pulps as better nutrition elements for the Terrace Gardening. With such initiatives we can teach our future generations how to eat and grow hygienic products for consumption, apart from this, kitchen waste management so helps in protecting the environment. There was exchange of knowledge regarding aquaculture and emphasis was on conservation of rain water harvesting as the purest form of habituating it.
This Expo was a full storehouse of unlimited knowledge regarding Organic Products. It is contemplation and brainstorming for biological knowledge. Those who are committed to improving their lifestyles as well as are committed to consuming un-adulterated products, the event was the most accurate and admirable platforms for incorporating importance of organic products into their lives.
