Chandigarh, April 17, 2024: Panjab University Alumni Association organised a talk on - “Is Happiness a choice?” at Centre for Systems Biology and Bioinformatics and Centre for Medical Physics.
The speaker for the session was Dr. Preeti Vohra, an expert counsellor and alumni of the University.
The workshop was enriched with insightful and engaging talk. The audience was engaged in a short meditation session, followed by the talk with short exercises related to how happiness is induced from one’s own inner world within.
The vote of thanks was proposed by Prof. Latika Sharma, Dean Alumni Association.
