Pankaj Sharma from Ludhiana has been made a member of 5-member Advisory Committee of Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) which will look after the issues related to Industry.

Ludhiana, August 4, 2022: Pankaj Sharma, a Ludhiana resident, has been made a member of 5-member Advisory Committee of Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) which will look after the issues related to Industry.
Besides the Chairman, Member Secretary of Board, others members are President of Punjab CII and Chairman of PHDCCI.
Reacting over his appointment, Pankaj Sharma said the committee will hold regular meetings to listen to the Problems faced by Industry and shall advise government to take steps to remove the hurdles in the growth of Industry in Punjab.
The meetings will take place at the district level to understand the problems at grass root level, he added.
