Panther Division Cycling Expedition: A Green Journey Through Punjab & Himachal Pradesh
Jalandhar: In a remarkable initiative showcasing the Indian Army's commitment to environmental conservation, the Panther Division embarked on a cycling expedition on 09 October 23. This expedition, lasting 10 days would span through some major townships of Punjab and picturesque landscapes of Shivalik ranges in Himachal Pradesh. The troops will be pedaling for a distance of 641 Kms displaying physical endurance to emphasize on the Indian Army's Stand on "Environmental Preservation". The ecofriendly endeavor coincides with India's presidency of the G20 for the year 2023, symbolizing the nation's commitment to sustainable development. During the odyssey, the cyclists will also reach out to Veterans & Veer Naris settled along the route, fostering a sense of camaraderie and respect.
