Ludhiana, August 10, 2017: Striking up a storm of flavours on the palate, the Parsi Food Festival underway at restaurant Made in India at Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana is a must visit this week.

Executive Chef, Amit Kumar Thapliyal said that diners should look forward to piquant flavours of curry leaves and various other masala. "There is a lot of Sindhi and Gujarati influence in Parsi cuisine and we have worked on plenty of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes for the festival."

Chef Jyot Singh Rana said, “The festival which is on till August 20, 2017 has some lip smacking snacks like Patrel Parsi style, Green Banana Pattice, Crumb Fried Prawn and Tawa Fried Fish.”

The main course some popular Parsi dishes like Dhansak and Chicken cooked with dried apricots. The mixed vegetable tarkari pulao is a dish of aromatic rice and is something that one must try.

The dessert is not to be missed. One has the option of trying the kheer, mithoo dahi and bakes egg and milk custard.

"The food festival offers you an opportunity to savour the incomparable Zoroastrian cuisine in your own city," said General Manager Arindam Chakraborty.
