Ludhiana, November 6, 2012: Dr. M. S. Swaminathan, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Father of Green Revolution in India, was the Guest of Honour during the 5th Indian Horticultural Congress on “Horticulture for food and environment security”, which commenced at PAU here today.
