PAU organises a workshop on resume building
Under the aegis of Directorate of Students’ Welfare, the University Counselling and Placement Guidance Cell (UCPGC) of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) organised hands on workshop on “Resume Building” for the final year students of the College of Horticulture and Forestry.

Ludhiana, July 3, 2023: Under the aegis of Directorate of Students’ Welfare, the University Counselling and Placement Guidance Cell (UCPGC) of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) organised hands on workshop on “Resume Building” for the final year students of the College of Horticulture and Forestry.
Dr Khushdeep Dharni, Associate Director, UCPGC, who was a resource person for this workshop, highlighted the importance of writing a good resume. Sharing some sample resume designs, Dr Dharni highlighted the common mistakes that students make while writing their resumes. One to one interaction to address the queries of the students was also held during the workshop. As an assignment of the workshop, the participating students were asked to prepare and submit their resumes so that the shortcomings could be rectified.
Dr Nirmal Singh Jaura, Director Students’ Welfare, PAU applauded the efforts of the placement cell and said that the overall personality development of the university students was a prime area of focus.
Gurpreet Singh Virk, Welfare Officer (Boys), proposed a vote of thanks.
