PAU- PABI Startup gains global recognition for sustainable tile innovation

Ludhiana, January 13, 2025: A startup incubated under the Punjab Agri-Business Incubator (PABI) has garnered international acclaim for its pioneering innovation of insulating tiles crafted from agricultural residue. The breakthrough solution was recently featured in El Español, one of Spain’s leading national newspapers, in its innovation-focused Omicrono section.

The startup’s tiles, made from stubble and other agricultural by-products, present a sustainable alternative to traditional building materials. These tiles are fire-resistant, waterproof, and highly effective in insulating homes against extreme temperatures, significantly reducing energy consumption.
