PAU to host 37th Inter-Varsity National Youth Fest 2023-24, Logo reflects 'Hunar’

Ludhiana, January, 2024: Amidst an assembly of university officers and committee conveners, Punjab Agricultural University's Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Satbir Singh Gosal, unveiled the emblematic logo for the 37th Inter-University National Youth Festival 2023-24. Scheduled to transpire from March 28 to April 01, 2024, this national-scale celebration of youthful talents will be hosted at the scenic premises of PAU, Ludhiana.
The logo, meticulously crafted by Satvir Singh, Supervisor of Cultural Activities at PAU, resonates with the festival's overarching theme, "HUNAR – Harvesting National Talent 2024." This motif harmoniously echoes Punjab's abundant harvests, mirroring the university's integral role in this agricultural success story.
During the unveiling ceremony, Dr. Gosal expressed admiration for the logo's design and thematic essence. He fervently urged all participants to synergize their endeavours towards ensuring the event's resounding success. Dr. Gosal emphasized the intrinsic connection between culture and agriculture, citing the recent successful endeavour, the International Congress of Agricultural Museums, as a testament to PAU's cultural richness. He extended a warm invitation to university representatives and student participants and pledged to orchestrate an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
Representing Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana, Dr. Sarvpreet Singh Ghuman, Director of Students' Welfare, conveyed felicitations on behalf of his Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Inderjeet Singh, to the PAU fraternity for securing the hosting rights for this grand occasion. Assuring unwavering support from his university, Dr. Ghuman promised complete cooperation in ensuring the festival's seamless organization. Earlier, Dr. Nirmal Jaura, Director of Students' Welfare at PAU, extended a warm welcome to the distinguished assemblage.
