The Department of Resource Management and Consumer Science organized hands on training in the “Development of Conceptual/Working Drawings and Portfolio Preparation” for the undergraduate and postgraduate students of the College of Community Science, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). Thirty students of the College participated in this training.

Ludhiana, July 13, 2023: The Department of Resource Management and Consumer Science organized hands on training in the “Development of Conceptual/Working Drawings and Portfolio Preparation” for the undergraduate and postgraduate students of the College of Community Science, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). Thirty students of the College participated in this training.

The chief guest Ar Ashish Pal Singh, Principal Architect from Institute of De-Arch Architects, gave practical training to the students regarding the preparation of portfolios on residential and commercial buildings with cost estimation.

Dr Ritu Gupta, Associate Professor and Coordinator of the event, welcomed the students and apprised them of housing principles for designing circulation and utility spaces.

Dr Shivani Rana, Scientist, All India Coordinated Research Project-Women in Agriculture, and Co –Coordinator of the event, imparted knowledge regarding building materials and their standards. Later, she proposed a vote of thanks.
