Pavilion launches mobile mall loyalty programme

Ludhiana, June 26, 2015: On the occasion of its first anniversary, Pavilion has launched Ludhiana’s first mall loyalty programme “Pavilion Perks”. This app based loyalty programme rewards all its customers through loyalty points wherever they shop in the mall. For every 100 Rupees spent in the mall, the users will receive 1 point which equals to as many rupees worth vouchers. Users will get double reward point in first six months. These points can be redeemed for a variety of shopping vouchers directly from phone through an app. The programme brings additional convenience as the users will not need to carry any loyalty card with them. One can download the inloyal app on android and apple stores and start using the Pavilion Perks programme right away. Instructions for downloading the app and using the programme are displayed in the mall.

This programme also gives a reason to the shoppers to remain connected with the mall by getting updates on the regular events. Unlike many such programmes, Pavilion Perks will be applicable on all stores and outlets in the mall.

Bharti Realty’s CEO, Mr. SK Sayal unveiled the loyalty programme at Pavilion and dedicated it to the customers. Pavilion has always been a pioneer in getting new brands and concepts in the city and this programme is another step in that direction.
