Jalandhar, October 16, 2024: The Department of Office Management, in collaboration with the Department of Psychology at PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar, organized an International Guest Lecture on the topic “Assertiveness: A Communication Style to Enhance Personal and Work Relationships.”
Paramjit Kaur, a Mental Health Clinician at Interior Health, Canada, was the keynote speaker. She shared her expertise in mental health and communication strategies, providing valuable insights on how assertiveness can strengthen both personal and professional relationships.
President Naresh Budhia, Vice President Vinod Dada, other members of the managing committee, and the Principal Prof. Dr. Pooja Prashar applauded the efforts of the departments for organising such an informative and impactful lecture.
The session was well-received, with participants gaining a deeper understanding of the importance of assertiveness in improving communication across various aspects of life.
