The Economics Association of Prem Chand Markanda S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar, organized an engaging Quiz Competition . A total of 13 students from B.A., B.Sc., and B.A. B.Ed. (Economics) participated in the event, showcasing their knowledge and teamwork.

Jalandhar, December 12, 2024: The Economics Association of Prem Chand Markanda S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar, organized an engaging Quiz Competition . A total of 13 students from B.A., B.Sc., and B.A. B.Ed. (Economics) participated in the event, showcasing their knowledge and teamwork.
The competition featured four enthusiastic teams: Team A with four members and Teams B, C, and D comprising three members each. The quiz was divided into four challenging rounds covering Microeconomics, Development Economics, Statistics, and General Knowledge. Each round tested the participants' knowledge, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
After a closely contested battle, Team B, consisting of Umme Habiba (B.A. Sem I), Anshita (B.A. Sem III), and Chandni (B.Sc. Sem V), emerged victorious, securing the first position.
The event was conducted in a fair and competitive atmosphere, with strict adherence to rules and time limits. Faculty members of the Economics Department applauded the students' dedication and encouraged them to participate in more such activities to enhance their academic and interpersonal skills.
President Naresh Budhia , Senior Vice President Vinod Dada ,the other esteemed members of the managing committee, and the worthy Principal Prof. Dr.Pooja Prashar congratulated the participants and winners for their commendable efforts and achievements.
