PCTE Group of Institutes Hosts Day 2 of the 13th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research

Ludhiana , March 21, 2025: PCTE Group of Institutes successfully hosted Day 2 of the 13th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research.  The event, themed "Innovation in Pharmaceutical Science for a Sustainable Future, Human-AI Collaboration: Redefining the Future, Work Rebooted: AI for Sustainable Development,  and The Future of Hospitality, Tourism, and Fashion: Embracing Technology and Innovation," brought together students, faculty, and researchers from across India for a series of insightful presentations and discussions.  

Topics covered at the conference will span a wide range of disciplines, including pharmaceutical science, AI, business management, hospitality, tourism, and fashion. The event  featured high-level presentations from renowned experts, including keynote addresses, project showcases, and research paper presentations, addressing cutting-edge topics like human-AI collaboration, sustainable healthcare, and the role of technology in various sectors. 

Dr. Rajeev Bahl, Secretary of the Department of Health Research and Director-General of ICMR, delivered a keynote address, emphasizing the importance of pharmaceutical innovation and the critical role of nutraceuticals in sustainable healthcare. He also shared his project, OVa-QR Capsules, captivating the audience with its potential applications. Dr. Bahl highlighted the timeless wisdom of Hippocrates, stressing the need for evidence-based nutraceuticals in clinical practice. Students from the Pharmaceutical Science Department showcased research on diverse topics such as neurodegeneration, millet-based diets for obesity prevention, AI in pharmaceuticals, CRISPR ethics, and AI in preclinical modeling. Their poster presentations further enriched the event. 

  The Business Management and Engineering  Department discussed key topics such as AI in Risk and Portfolio Management, Human-AI Collaboration, and the Adoption of Blockchain Technology, focusing on their impact on business efficiency and decision-making. They also explored the Future of Market Research, emphasizing how AI and data analytics are transforming consumer insights. Meanwhile, the Hotel Management, Fashion, and Hospitality Departments presented on topics like the Demographic Drivers of Indian Fashion Consumption, Economic Impacts of Tourism, and the Role of Robotics in Hotel Operations. Additionally, discussions included Customer Perceptions of Instagram Marketing in Tourism and Homestay Sustainability, highlighting how innovation is reshaping these sectors.

 All presenters will receive certificates recognizing their valuable contributions to the conference after the event concludes. These certificates will serve as a token of appreciation for their efforts in advancing knowledge and fostering collaboration across various fields.

As we conclude Day 2 of the conference, we are excited and ready to look forward to Day 3 .
