Ludhiana, October 9, 2023: PCTE proudly launched its much-anticipated Festaweek 2023 on an electrifying note, featuring passionate and impactful Nukkad Natak performances by its talented students. The event showcased a blend of creativity, social awareness, and dramatic flair that left the audience captivated.
Students from both the senior and junior wings of PCTE College showcased their theatrical prowess at two distinct locations - Rose Garden on Saturday and Rakhbagh on Sunday, with live audiences eagerly gathering to witness these thought-provoking performances.
The Nukkad Natak segment of Festaweek 2023 addressed critical social issues, including eve-teasing, gender inequality, parenting challenges, unemployment, prostitution, environmental concerns, and animal abuse.
Dr. Swapan Chanana, Director of Student Welfare, said “PCTE's Festaweek 2023 Nukkad Natak performances have eloquently demonstrated the institution's dedication to cultivating socially responsible individuals.
