PCTE students dazzled in Jojo International’s PCTE Fest-A-Week 2022
Ludhiana, April 1, 2022: The first day of PCTE- Festaweek 2022, An Intra College competition, sponsored by Jojo International & co-sponsored by Education Lane, started on a high note with energetic performances by the students in various events like Nukkad Natak, International Group Dance, Fashion Show, and Mr. & Miss Ludhiana.
The fest that personifies team spirit, passion, and exploration, beyond the walls of classrooms, gives the students a platform to explore their talent. The Fest witnessed students participating in various group events like the finale of Indian Group Dance - Senior Wing, Nukkad Natak - Junior Wing, Western Group Dance Senior Wing, Fashion Show Junior Wing, and the Semi finale of the highly anticipated event, PCTE Mr. and Ms. Ludhiana.
In the Fashion Show, the students showcased their dresses on various themes under the sun. In Nukad Natak, the students enacted various social issues like unemployment, corruption, education, and so on, and left the crowd startled. In Group Dance, the students awed the crowd with their scintillating moves on Indian and Western Themes.
Dr. Gautum Bansal, Director, PCTE, and the overall event organizer expressed his joy as the fest is being held on a grand scale after a long hiatus due to the pandemic. He said “The purpose behind organizing such events is always to boost the morale of the students and to give a boost to the confidence of college students. He also said, “It’s a great opportunity for the youngsters to showcase their talent and encourages them to come out of their comfort zone and face the audience.”
Appreciating all the participants in the event, Dr. KNS Kang, Director-General said, “The number of teams has increased from the last year’s which is definitely a positive sign. We focus on providing a wonderful platform to the students coming from different schools and colleges to showcase their talent in various events. While addressing the students He said that it isn’t about winning or losing, it’s about participating and cherishing those everlasting memories.”
