PCTE’s Festaweek 2024 Culminates in Grand Style with Mesmerising Performance by Jaspinder Narula

Ludhiana, October 11, 2024: PCTE proudly concluded its weeklong celebration, Festaweek 2024, with an unforgettable grand finale that showcased the vibrant spirit and talent of its student community. The event drew immense participation, with students engaging in a variety of activities, culminating in an electrifying performance by the renowned Indian singer Jaspinder Narula.

The highlight of the week was the much-anticipated Koshish – the Intra College Competition, where an impressive 70 teams from PCTE competed fiercely for the prestigious Overall Trophy. In the Senior category, the trophy was claimed by ( MBA 2023 C ), while ( B.Com 2024 B ) took home the title in the Junior category, showcasing the outstanding talent and enthusiasm of the participants.

The grand finale featured a mesmerising musical evening headlined by Jaspinder Narula, whose powerful and versatile voice captivated the audience. Narula’s electrifying performance had the crowd singing along to her iconic hits, including "Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha" and "Soni Soni”. Her dynamic stage presence and infectious energy created an atmosphere of joy and celebration, leaving an indelible mark on students and faculty alike.

In addition to the musical performances, Festaweek included the highly anticipated PCTE Mr. & Ms. Punjab contest. Over 300 students participated in this dazzling beauty pageant, competing for the coveted titles while showcasing their charisma and poise on the ramp. The event featured captivating fashion shows and Nukkad Natak performances, where PCTE students delivered thought-provoking skits on themes such as “House of Cards,” “Stereotypes,” “Pirates,” and “Mafia,” highlighting their creativity and talent.

Dr. KNS Kang, Director General of PCTE, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to all participants and winners.
