PG Department of Computer Science and IT at Lyallpur Khalsa College organises Interactive Seminar on ‘Web Development Technologies’

Jalandhar, March 05, 2025: An interactive session on "Web Development Technologies" was organized by the PG Department of Computer Science & Information Technology at Lyallpur Khalsa College. The seminar, aimed at enhancing students' knowledge and skills in the rapidly advancing field of web development, featured prominent speakers Gaurav Sharma and Anup Sharma from Coder Roots, Mohali, who was welcomed by College Principal Dr. Suman Chopra. Principal appreciated the efforts of the department and motivated to continue such steps in future when it comes to the development and growth of the students.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from students of BCA, B.Sc.(IT) and M.Sc.(IT) courses, providing them with a unique opportunity to engage with industry professionals.
During the seminar, Gaurav Sharma and Anup Sharma discussed the latest trends in web development, while emphasizing their real-world applications. The speakers also led interactive sessions, where students actively participated, asking questions and gaining insights into the importance of responsive Web Design, front-end and back-end development, and Web Security. Head of the department Prof. Sanjeev Kumar Anand opined that this interactive session is a great opportunity for the students to learn new things from industry experts which will strengthen their knowledge and help them in their professional growth.
Dr. Daljit Kaur played a significant role in making the seminar successfull.
The faculty of the department of Computer Science and Information Technology was also present in this seminar.
