Helping Hands Club, District Health Department and NCC Cadets jointly take out an AIDS awareness rally from various parts of the city on Saturday. Among others, Civil Surgeon Dr. Subhash Batta and Deputy Mayor RD Sharma were present. The NCC Cadets were carrying placards and banners in their hands.
