Tibetans-in-exile are seen participating in candle light vigil against self-immolations- the number of which has reached to 107 so far. Five Tibetan NGOs jointly organised the vigil in Dharamsala (H.P.) on Monday evening. Participants included both men and women. A few of them were carrying banners and photographs of HH Dalai Lama.
