Players of Budo Kai do Mixed Martial Arts Federation of India bagged Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals at the recently held 13th North India Karate Championship in Batala, Punjab.
Chandigarh June 15, 2024: Players of Budo Kai do Mixed Martial Arts Federation of India bagged Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals at the recently held 13th North India Karate Championship in Batala, Punjab.
Those who grabbed the gold medal include Karanveer Singh, Gurwinder Singh, Sukhjeet Kaur, Amninder Kaur, Harpreet Kaur, Arshdeep Singh and Jagraj Singh.
Those who clinched Silver Medals at the prestigious event include Happy Singh, Arshdeep Singh, Avtar Singh, Ekamveer Singh, Jaswinder Kumar, Harmandeep Singh and Jatin Kush while Abhishek Kumar, Komal, Karamjeet Singh and Jagsir Singh Dhindsa bagged the Bronze medals.
All the medal winners were awarded by Sharanjeet Singh, President, Budo kai do Mixed Martial Arts Federation of India. Singh congratulated all the participants and their coaches for the exceptional performance at the tournament.
Coach Ravinder Pal Sharma, Harpreet Kaur, Balram Hakla, Pardeep Kumar, Munish Sharma and Suman Lata Sharma accompanied the students to the tournament and were applauded by Sharanjeet Singh during the prize distribution ceremony held in Chandigarh.
While commending the efforts of all the members, Sharanjeet Singh said, “I wish all the players more success in the upcoming tournaments and I am sure under the guidance of the skilled coaches and owing to their hard work our players will represent our country on International platforms soon."
