Players of Ramgarhia Girls College proved their ace at 'Kheda Watan Punjab Diyan'

Chandiharh, September 28, 2024: The judokas of Ramgarhia Girls College added another medal to their resume  by performing brilliantly at the sports events held under the banner of 'Kheda Watan Punjab Diyan' (district level) in 2024 at Multipurpose Hall, Guru Nanak Stadium, Ludhiana.

Sneha won a silver medal in the U21, -57 kg category in judo matches held from 25.09.24 to 27.09.24, while Suman Tiwari won the bronze medal in the U21, -48 kg  category.

Offg. Principal Dr. Ajit Kaur appreciated Prof. Rani Kaur from the Department of Physical Education and the players. She stated that our players have demonstrated their abilities by accomplishing spectacular success.

Ranjodh Singh, President, Ramgarhia Educational Council, praised the players for making an unforgettable mark at such a significant event.

Gurcharan Singh Lotey, General Secretary, Ramgarhia Educational Council, also encouraged the players to strive hard for upcoming competitions.

Prof. Rani Kaur expressed gratitude to the management of the college and the Principal for all their assistance and support. Principal Kaur thanked coaches Parveen Thakur and Rakesh Singh for their valuable guidance.
