PM to address Chief Secretary’s national meeting on June 16 in Dharamsala
A review meeting of the Chief Secretaries of all the states of India will be conducted at Dharamsala on June 16-18, which will be addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the opening day.
Dharamsala, May 20, 2022: A review meeting of the Chief Secretaries of all the states of India will be conducted here on June 16-18, which will be addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the opening day.
Giving this information, DC Kangra Dr Nipun Jindal said that preparations have already started for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposed visit to Dharamsala in the month of June.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the meeting of Chief Secretaries on June 16 as the chief guest, which is proposed to be organised at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Stadium, Dharamsala”, said DC.
The DC said that various committees have also been constituted for the arrangements during the PM’s stay so that better arrangements can be made. He said that necessary guidelines have been given to the Public Works Department to make proper arrangements at the meeting place in the stadium, along with this, a plan is also being prepared for the stay of the PM and other guests, which will be sent to the PMO for final approval.
Dr. Jindal said, “The police administration would also make arrangements for security on the basis of the guidelines of the PMO. Soon the SPG team will also visit Dharamsala to assess the arrangements. Based on above all, the necessary blueprint will also be prepared.”
After the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Dr Nipun Jindal and Superintendent of Police Dr Khushal Sharma inspected the cricket stadium and necessary directions were given to the departmental officers. Various officers including ADC Gandharva Rathod, ADM Rohit Rathore, SDM Shilpi Bekta were present on the occasion.
