The camp was attended by about 70 valuable customers of the bank
Ludhiana: Punjab National Bank, Circle Office, Ludhiana East, organised a Car Loan camp at its Dhandari Kalan Branch, Ludhiana. The camp was inaugurated by Zonal Manager Ludhiana, Sumanta Mohanty and was attended by approximate 70 valuable customers of the bank.
Deputy Circle Head Ludhiana East Ashok Kumar Arora, Circle Head Ludhiana West Praveen Kumar Gupta, i-RAM Head Ludhiana Manish Verma, Branch Head Sudhir Kumar, Retail Segment Head Vikas Sharma, Zonal Marketing Head Rohit Juneja and Circle Marketing Head Rajinder Ahuja were also present on the occasion.
Sanction letters were distributed to 51 car loan customers amounting to Rs.4.32 crores apart from queries from walk-in customers were responded on the spot.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashok Kr Arora emphasized on the importance of digitilization and also explained the new digital platform namely PNB LENS put in place by the bank to ensure swift and hassle-free delivery of credit in a time bound manner to the customers along with real time monitoring platform at customer level also so that customers may be updated about the status of their proposals.
