Polling continues in Ludhiana for MCL, Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayat

Ludhiana, December 21, 2024: Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana Jitendra Jorwal along with ADC Amarjit Bains took round of various polling booths on Saturday. A total of 1,228,187 voters are deciding the fate of the elections for the Municipal Corporation Ludhiana (MCL), where 447 candidates are competing. Additionally, 160 candidates are contesting in various Municipal Councils and one Nagar Panchayat. Voting started on Saturday at 1,296 polling booths at 7 AM. The voting will be held till 4 PM.
