Poshan maah: competition on theme ‘eat healthy be healthy’

Jalandhar, September 11, 2019: Banarsi Dass Arya College, Jalandhar is celebrating poshan maah. A competition on the theme ‘Eat Healthy Be Healthy’ was organised in collaboration with JCI Jalandhar chapter. JC.Raveesh Malhotra was the project director of this event. JC.Manpreet Kharbanda and JC.Harmeet Singh were the judges for the food festival. Students had prepared nutritious dishes on this occasion. Priyanka who had prepared Nutritious Chaat, Litti Chokho and Gujiya bagged the first prize. Aakriti and Anubha got IInd and Third prize and Komal and Janison got the consolation prize. Principal Dr.Sarita Verma appreciated this effort of the students and encouraged them to adopt healthy diet in their daily live. JC. Past President Kunwar Sood, President JC Bhavneet Bhatia, Vice-President JC.Harmandeep Singh were also present on the occasion, and alongwith teacher incharges Neeti Kapoor and Kulpreet Kaur they honoured the winning students with mementos.
