PPBM leaders take law and order issue with newly appointed Commissioner of Police
Today, a deputation of Punjab Pradesh Beopar Mandal (PPBM) met with newly appointed Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana Nilabh Kishore.
Ludhiana, May 27, 2024: Today, a deputation of Punjab Pradesh Beopar Mandal (PPBM) met with newly appointed Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana Nilabh Kishore.
The deputation comprised of State General Secretary of PPBM and member National Traders Welfare Board (Central Govt) Sunil Mehra, State Secretary Arvinder Makkar, District President Parveen Goyal, District General Secretary and National Secretary Bhartiya Udyog Vyapar Mandal Ayush Aggarwal and Chairman Pawan Lehar.
During the meeting, the deputations gave a warm welcome to the commissioner with bouquet. The deputations said during past times many incidents occurred which shows the disturbed law and order situation. They demanded that the police officials should be made more accountable and responsible in performing the duties. They said there are many cases where even complaints are not registered. The leaders told in a press release here today that the police commissioner gave assurance that every police official will be held accountable. They said the police commissioner also assured that quick action will be taken on receiving of the complaints from the public. The police commissioner also assured that out station businessmen will be given an atmosphere to visit the city freely and without any fear to do business here.
