Pre wing workshop organised by Dips chain with resolution to make students self-reliant
Under the policy of Beyond the Books, motivating the young mind to see, test, understand and learn by itself has become the main objective of today's Pre Wing, because it has been seen that when children do some work on their own , beautifies, colors something, along with their intellectual development, self-confidence reaches its peak.
Jalandhar, March 14, 2023: Under the policy of Beyond the Books, motivating the young mind to see, test, understand and learn by itself has become the main objective of today's Pre Wing, because it has been seen that when children do some work on their own , beautifies, colors something, along with their intellectual development, self-confidence reaches its peak. All these points and ideas were included in the annual pre wing workshop organized by Dips chain. The chief guest of the workshop, CEO Monica Mandotra was welcomed with flowers. Monika Mehta, Pre Wing Advisor, DIPS Chain welcomed the Pre Wing Heads and Educators from various branches of DIPS and felicitated them for their excellent teaching in the last session.
In this workshop, teachers were discussed on topics like class smartness, stress free teaching and speak your mind confidentially and methods of teaching and explaining children with audio visual technology in pre wing and improving communication and correct pronunciation by watching various videos The methods were explained. Teachers were encouraged to encourage small efforts of children with big appreciation so that the spirit of achieving something prevails in the children. Advisor Monika Mehta stressed upon the teachers to teach keeping in mind the psychology of the children in particular.
CEO Monica Mandotra addressing the session said that childhood should be a joyful experience and children should be encouraged in such a way that they are encouraged to move forward and do something. In this workshop, teachers also displayed handmade birthday cards, book marks and interesting teaching aids. At the end of the session, the teachers wished success for the coming session with full enthusiasm and happiness.
MD Tarwinder Singh specially appreciated the good work done by the teachers and inspired the children to keep enhancing their childhood with the same spirit in future also.
