A Pre Winter Carnival 2015 ‘Fashion Show’ was held at Pras Down Town Mall in Zirakpur. The same was organised by Paras Buildtech, Knotty Kids and Dance Pe Chance Academy.
Zirakpur, November 1 2015: A pre-winter carnival - a gala event which provided a platform to the youth & children to showcase their talent in music, dance et al was held at Paras Down Town Square, Zirakpur. The event was organized by Paras Buildtech, Notty Kids & Dance Pe Chance Academy, Mohali.
As a grand finale of the event an exclusive fashion show presenting upcoming & trendy winter collections was put together. The fashion show saw as many as 18 female and 30 male models sashaying down the ramp wearing winter apparel & accessories of top end brands that are housed in Paras Down Town Square Mall. The winter collection showcased in a glamourous way, included ensembles from brands like Arrow, Mufti, Fashion Scott, Khurana stores, Dream space, D&G Jewellers. The fashion show provided a very cute picture as well, when 38 kids showed their cat walk skills wearing collections from Notty Kids.
Jagdeep Kaur, MD, Dance Pe Chance Dance Institute, said, “Adults & kids had a great day out as we had organized activities like ‘Talent hunt’, ‘Dance Performance’, ‘Singing Performance’, etc. Kushan Productions a supportive brand also launched its latest 4 minute film:’Chirag’ that carries a social message on occasion of Deewali. The Fashion Show was the icing on the cake and provided a befitting culmination to the festivities.”
The organisers also focused on their social responsibility. They collaborated with Prerna Sahayta Society -- a prominent NGO of Mohali district which has been working for the bright future of the underprivileged. Children associated with this NGO performed at the mall and showcased their talent through various activities.
Dinesh Kumar, AGM Facility and Mall Operation, Paras Down Town Square, Zirakpur said, “The carnival is sure to herald the fashion scene for the winters. What’s more, it also provided just the right opportunity for all to show their innate talent.”
