Jalandhar, July 14, 2022: Principal interacted with the cadets during the ongoing 10 Day Annual NCC Training Camp here on the DAVIET campus. The camp aims to make the students disciplined, dedicated and focused on achieving their goals in life.
In his address, Principal highlighted the importance of initiative and stressed that today's society needs true leaders. He shared with them some valuable tips on how leaders are made. He also motivated them that they should have self-belief and a clear vision. A leader without a vision can be a threat to society. He emphasised that one develops leadership traits when one stops complaining and tries to solve problems. He inspired the cadets to not only think about themselves but also about society and become conscientious citizens of the nation.
The Commanding officer of 2 Punjab Battalion NCC Jalandhar expressed his belief that such an interaction is the need of the hour. He hoped that many cadets would be motivated to unearth the true leader inside of them after attending the lecture.
Cadets of 23 Schools and 10 Colleges are attending the 10 Day camp. 10 ANOs of different schools and colleges, JCOs, NCOs and PI staff were also present during the training camp.
