Awarded with ‘A’ grade and Award of Excellence during the training
Jalandhar, January 14, 2025: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous), a trailblazer in women’s education, has once again showcased its commitment to excellence and leadership with a significant achievement in its National Cadet Corps (NCC) unit. KMV’s NCC faculty proudly welcomes its newly commissioned Lieutenant, Lt. Sufalica Kalia. She attended the PRCN Course SW-111 conducted at Officers Training Academy, Gwalior.
The lieutenant was commissioned after undergoing an intensive training program at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gwalior which is known for shaping individuals into leaders of integrity, discipline and patriotism. Lt. Sufalica Kalia was awarded with the certificate of excellence in firing, a gold medal for winning throw ball match competition & also received a certificate of appreciation for participation in the cultural event organized at the closure of the course. Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that KMV always support the professional and personal growth of its faculty members wholeheartedly. She further maintained that this remarkable accomplishment highlights KMV’s unwavering commitment to providing an environment that encourages both faculty and students to excel in their endeavors and emerge as torchbearers of progress and development in society.
Lt. Kalia stated that her achievements were a result of the continuous motivation and guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi. She observed that at KMV no opportunity of growth was ever denied to the faculty members. Col. M.S. Sachdev Commandant 2 PB (G) BN NCC Jalandhar also congratulated Lt. Kalia at the successful completion of the course and said that she has made the unit proud with her achievements.
