In an another major achievement, Sharanjit Kaur, a National Level Baseball Player of KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School represented India in 32nd Junior National Baseball Championship and secured a gold medal by bagging the title of All-rounder of the tournament.

Jalandhar, December 2, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) always motivate its students to excel in all kinds of extra curricular activities. In an another major achievement, Sharanjit Kaur, a National Level Baseball Player of KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School represented India in 32nd Junior National Baseball Championship and secured a gold medal by bagging the title of All-rounder of the tournament.
Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi honoured the national champion. It is pertinent to mention that Sharanjit has made the KMV proud by bringing laurels in different state & national level tournaments. She also participated in 67th U-19 Softball National Championship held at Aurangabad, Maharashtra, also participated in 41st Junior National Softball Championship held at Patna, Bihar. She also secured Gold Medal in U-21 Softball Khed Mela, in U-19 Baseball District Championship, U-19 Softball District Championship, in 67th Softball School State Championship, in U-19 Softball State Championship, secured Silver Medal in U-19 State Championship, in Junior State Softball Championship, Silver Medal in Punjab Khed Mela Softball Championship, secured Bronze Medal in 19th Senior State Baseball Championship.
Principal Prof. Dr Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the national champion on her brilliant achievement. She averred that players at KMV are provided many facilities which include free education, hostel, mess & transport facilities. They avail a lot from state of the art infrastructure comprising Gymnasium, Health Club, Swimming Pool and sprawling play grounds. All these exceptional facilities elicit such excellent outcomes.
Prof. Dwivedi also adumbrated that KMV will continue to provide these facilities to the students who continue to prove their mettle in sports arena. Sharanjit Kaur extended her gratitude towards KMV and said that it is only due to the able guidance provided by Principal and teachers that she was able to achieve this height of success. Principal lauded the efforts of Dr Davinder for this brilliant achievement.
