Prof Emanual Nahar, Dean Student Welfare, PU advises to adopt plants and tree

Tree plantation drive at BH-1, PU Chandigarh, July 19, 2019: Mehar Chand Mahajan Hall, Boys Hostel No. 1, Panjab University, Chandigarh organized a Tree plantation drive in association with Horticulture Department, here today. In a unique gesture, almost all the ex-wardens ranging from the years 1999 - 2018 were invited for the plantation drive function Prof.A.S.Ahluwalia, Dr.Jatinder Grover, Prof.D.B.Rai and Dr.Jaskaran Singh Waraich shared their experiences and told students that planted many trees during their tenure. Prof.Emanual Nahar, Dean Student Welfare, PU also advised the residents to adopt the plants and trees in their premises for further care.
