Jalandhar: Projects under IILM Disha were successfully executed under the presidentship of Poonam Jagota.
At Government Senior Secondary School boys Jamsher Khas, students displayed their creativity through Republic Day-themed paintings.The competition highlighted exceptional talent, making it challenging to choose winners. Trophies, certificates, and pens were awarded to the winners, while consolation prizes were given as well. All participants were given notebooks and stationery as encouragement. Additionally, underprivileged students were provided with uniform sweaters to keep them warm during the winter.Niru Chawla and Rekha Arora were the project directors.
IWC of Jalandhar also celebrated the 76th Republic Day at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Stadium, Karol Bagh Ladhewali. Students from underprivileged families participated in football and other sports, working hard to become skilled athletes with the support of their dedicated coaches. We awarded Gold and Silver Medals, trophies and distributed 32 track suits, 32 pairs of sports shoes, 32 pairs of socks, along with fruit juices, fruits, and biscuits. The students were excited and promised to continue striving for excellence. Nimmi Chaudhary did great efforts to organize this project.
