The MoU was signed by Mission Director of PSDM Amrit Singh (IAS) and Shveta Raina, Head, Raina Education Foundation, sister concern of Talerang. Elaborating on the collaboration, the Mission Director Amrit Singh shared that the initiative will be implemented through a hybrid model, blending online and in-person elements, without any fees for participants. From an initial group of 10,000 eligible candidates, the top 1,000 performers will be chosen for group mentoring and training. Among these, the top 500 achievers will gain access to an online platform and assessment tools, leading to the selection of the top 100 for internships and job placements. The project aims to offer micro-internships for practical experience in their chosen skill areas, personalised mentorship with features like one-on-one mock interviews and feedback and ongoing assistance through the App, she added.

Expanding on the collaboration between PSDM and Raina Education Foundation, Amrit Singh said that this joint effort will lead the way in assessment and training, utilising the foundation's expertise to equip candidates for the dynamic job landscape. The primary aim of the program is to boost the employability and entrepreneurial skills of Punjab's youth, ensuring they are adequately prepared to fulfil industry requirements and opportunities.
