The Border Zone of Punjab launched an ambitious tree planting campaign today to increase greenery in the border areas. This initiative was inaugurated by the Honorable Administrative Director, Sardar Jasbir Singh Sur Singh, by planting a tree with his own hands during a ceremony in Amritsar.

Amritsar, August 2, 2024: The Border Zone of Punjab launched an ambitious tree planting campaign today to increase greenery in the border areas. This initiative was inaugurated by the Honorable Administrative Director, Sardar Jasbir Singh Sur Singh, by planting a tree with his own hands during a ceremony in Amritsar.

The campaign aims to plant 500 trees in each division and sub-division of the Border Zone, demonstrating a significant commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable development in the region.
