PU Centre for IAS & Other Competitive Examinations students come out with flying colours in Haryana Civil Services Judicial Examination
Panjab University (PU) Centre for IAS & Other Competitive Examinations students have come out with flying colours in Haryana Civil Services Judicial Examination Conducted by Haryana Public Service Commission. As many as three students namely Madav Mittal, Alpna Singh and Uditi Mittal have cleared Haryana Civil Services Judicial Examination.
Chandigarh, October 16, 2024: Panjab University (PU) Centre for IAS & Other Competitive Examinations students have come out with flying colours in Haryana Civil Services Judicial Examination Conducted by Haryana Public Service Commission. As many as three students namely Madav Mittal, Alpna Singh and Uditi Mittal have cleared Haryana Civil Services Judicial Examination.
Madav Mittal got 39th rank, Alpna Singh-42nd rank and Uditi Mittal got 62nd rank in the prestigious examination. It is pertinent to mention here that many students of this Centre have been achieving success in various Competitive Examinations conducted by UPSC, State Civil Services, UGC ete and the Centre has an excellent record of successes and selections in various Competitive Examinations.
The IAS & Other Competitive Examinations Centre charges a subsidized concessional fee from aspirants of SC/ST category and a nominal fee from students of other categories. The Centre arranges Expert Talks/Special Lectures by Currently Serving IAS Officers/Ex-Civil Servants/Bureaucrats/State Civil Service Executives/Judges etc. to assist students in comprehensive preparation of various Competitive Examinations.
Prof Sonal Chawla Director Centre for IAS Studies congratulated the students and expressed happiness over their selection. She informed that the Centre has a rigorous and a thorough mechanism for preparing students for Competitive Examinations. The admission to the course for UPSC IAS preparation is through the entrance test. For other Courses and Mock Interviews, the Centre constitutes the Panel comprising of senior beaureacrats/ Judges etc. to acclimatise the students of the environment they would face during the final interviews, she added.
