Chandigarh:
Panjab University, Chandigarh has been identified as one of the
testing Centres for testing of COVID 19 Samples by Government
of India in order to scale up the testing capacity for COVID 19.
This venture will be in collaboration with Indian Institute of Science
Education and Research (IISER), SAS Nagar, Institute of Microbial
Technology (IMTECH), Chandigarh.
Various Scientists of Panjab
University will be part of the project. However, PU is exploring
future strategies for the same.
