Chandigarh, May 20, 2015: Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh would organise summer coaching camp for the outstanding sports persons from June 1 to 30, 2015 at PU.
The trial would be conducted at 9 AM on May 23 and May 24 at respective sports fields of PU. The students between the age group of 18 to 28 years and studying in affiliated college of PU or PU Campus are eligible for trials.
Students who have appeared in 10+2 examinations in the session 2014-15 and want to get admission in any affiliated colleges of PU or PU Campus are also eligible for trials.
All the students who wanted to appear in the trial are required to bring their academic & sports achievement documents at the time of sports trials.
Summer coaching camp would be conducted in the sports discipline like Archery (Men & Women), Athletics (Men & Women), Badminton (Men & Women), Baseball (Men & Women),
Basketball (Women), Boxing (Men & Women), Rowing & Canoeing & Kayaking (Men & Women), Yachting (Men & Women), Cycling (Men & Women), Gymnastic (Men & Women), Hockey (Women), Judo (Men & Women), Kabaddi (Men & Women) NS, Netball (Men & Women), Swimming (Men & Women), Volleyball (Men & Women) and Weight Lifting, Power Lifting & Best Physique (Men & Women). / (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
